Welcome to PostPrint. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PostPrint Shopify application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Service description

PostPrint provides Shopify merchants with tools to create, customize, and print branded packing slips, thank-you notes, and gift inserts directly from their store’s orders.

2) Eligibility

You must be a registered Shopify merchant with an active store to install and use PostPrint.

3) Account & installation

  • The App is installed through the Shopify App Store and connects to your store using Shopify’s API.
  • When you install the App, you grant PostPrint the permissions requested in the installation flow.

4) Use of the App

  • You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Shopify’s policies.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you create and print using the App.

5) Subscription & payment

  • PostPrint may offer free and paid plans. Plan details and prices are shown in the App and/or on our Shopify App Store listing.
  • Paid plans are billed through Shopify and subject to Shopify’s billing terms.
  • Changes in pricing will be communicated in advance.

6) Termination

  • You may uninstall the App at any time via your Shopify admin.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

7) Intellectual property

PostPrint and its logo, features, and code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without our consent.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of the App.

9) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
